of Our Practice

Uniqueness

Uniqueness

Our approach to every commission is inherently project-specific: uniqueness is not simply a quality we deliver, but a defining principle of our practice. “God is in the details” is a belief we wholeheartedly share, echoing the vision of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

Our distinctiveness extends beyond tailored project management. Alongside our ability to guide each assignment from concept through completion, we offer a truly international outlook, supported by a well-established global network capable of strengthening your presence across diverse markets. Our in-depth knowledge of these regions, combined with a nuanced understanding of their cultural frameworks and business practices, enables your vision to integrate seamlessly and authentically within each target context. Our network of retailers, architects, and contractors represents one of our most valuable assets: a trusted ecosystem of expertise and opportunity that enhances both creative excellence and commercial performance.

What we do

We collaborate as sole agent and business development partner for strategic international markets—including India, Africa, Mainland China, the Far East, Australia, and New Zealand—with leading Italian brands such as Promemoria and its sister company Bottega Ghianda. Leveraging a deep and granular understanding of these territories, combined with an established network of architects, developers, dealers, and key decision-makers, we have played a pivotal role in strengthening the visibility and positioning of both brands across international markets.

Promemoria

Promemoria is a leading Italian company in high-end furniture and bespoke interiors, renowned for its ability to merge traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary design language. Founded in 1988 and rooted in the century-old cabinetmaking tradition of Lake Como, the company represents the evolution of a family heritage shaped by excellence, precision, and material research.

At the heart of the brand is the vision of founder and designer Romeo Sozzi, whose work embodies a refined and timeless interpretation of living. Today, Promemoria operates through a fully integrated production system, where each phase—from design to manufacturing—is managed internally to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Promemoria’s strength lies in its ability to create fully bespoke solutions. Each project is developed as a unique expression of the client’s vision, supported by a comprehensive service that spans concept design, technical development, production, installation, and after-sales support.
